available decor and props. ( Use our decor to save you money! We have tons of trendy decor and prop items for you to use free of charge)
use of the property for up to 15 hours on the day of ceremony. (We open from 9am-12am plenty of time to arrive and set up, hang out with family and friends. No reason to rush your big day.)
use of bridal suite and grooms lodge. (from the time you arrive until your ceremony starts you can relax and get ready in each of your own private dressing area.)
parking attendant with golf cart during guest arrival. ( We will be there to assist those who need a little extra help.)
use of warming kitchen. (includes, refrigerator, 2 prep tables, oven, large convection oven.)

Other Important Details
-day before event available for rental.
-linens are also available for a nominal cleaning and preparation fee. (see Linens.)
-ceremony day requires $1m event insurance protection with Southern Springs listed as the additional insured (typically costs less than $150.00, we can connect you with an insurance broker or feel free to try to bundle it with your home owners insurance.)
-“More than day of coordination” available so you can focus on connecting with your loved ones, not worrying about the little details. Packages start at $500.00
-All rentals and services subject to sales tax
